We take steps to insure that your purchase is correct and complete prior to processing. If the customer changes the address of delivery after the order has been shipped their will be a minimum of $100.00 change of address fee charged in addition to any other shipping fees assessed. If the order is cancelled following receipt of payment there will be a 10% restocking fee. If the order is cancelled after the shipment has been placed in transit there will be a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If you have placed an order that you wish to return, exchange or cancel within these parameters, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. After 14 days of delivery, Kitchens On Clearance cannot accept returns under any circumstances.
In light of that, we take steps to make sure your purchase arrives safely and without damage. Our cabinets are shipped unassembled in cartons, except where customers have selected the option to ship assembled* (additional cost may apply). We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and each shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our distribution center. Unfortunately, the unexpected does sometimes happen. So we make it easy for you to reach a fast resolution.
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery, and indicating any damage or missing items on the drivers delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
As the driver unloads your shipment, buyer must review the received items to check for damaged and/or missing items. All item codes referencing the damaged and/or missing items must be noted on the driver's delivery receipt. A note by each item code must indicate if it is missing or damaged and, if damaged, the nature of the damage. Authorized signature upon delivery receipt indicates all items were received and in good condition with no damage and confirms acceptance of all current warranties and policies set forth by KitchensOnClearance.com.
Upon receipt of a shipment containing damages or missing items, the buyer must contact our office within 7 calendar days of delivery to report any damages and/or missing items that were noted on the driver's packing slip. Concealed damage must also be reported to KitchensOnClearance within 7 calendar days of delivery. Customer will receive equivalent replacement parts for all damages reported according to the guidelines stated above. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
*Due to the personalized nature of assembled items, Kitchens On Clearance does not offer refunds or cancellations for assembled items. In the event your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide at no additional cost an exact replacement for all damaged parts reported according to the guidelines stated above.

Generally our cabinets are in-stock, but backorders of items may occur. The customer agrees to wait a reasonable amount of time to receive back order items.
Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. As such, Kitchens OnClearance will not be responsible for any charges, fees or other extraneous cost the buyer incurs including, but not limited to: cost for meals or replacement food items, time away from work, and/or fees from Home Owner Associations, contractors or any other such entity as it pertains to an agreement or contract entered into between the buyer and such 3rd party.
Delays of shipment incurred as a result of customer requests will be subject to a storage fee of $100 beginning after 30 days of order to be charged every 30 days.This fee is not pro-rated.

Our cabinetry carries a 5 year limited warranty with a lifetimewarranty on door hinges and drawer runners.
Kitchens On Clearance offers a variety of different promotions throughout the year. One promotion per order is allowed; promotions can not be combined.
Shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart, as well as our free shipping promotions apply only within the Contiguous United States. For shipping outside the Contiguous United States we will provide a quote for the best shipping option based on rates from several different shipping companies.
1- Free shipping is assessed based on the purchase amount of each order shipped. If a customers initial order qualifies for free shipping but subsequent orders (even if related to the initial order) do not, the subsequent orders WILL include a shipping charge.
2- If a customer's purchase amount initially qualifies for free shipping but after a change to the order the new purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold, a shipping charge WILL be added.
3- Sales taxes and assembly charges are NOT included in the amount required to qualify for free shipping.
