Buyer is responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery, and indicating any damage on the drivers delivery receipt. Since our cabinets are shipped in cartons unassembled, we have very little shipping damage.
If there are any problems concerning the delivery you must contact us within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for all damage that occurs following receipt of the shipment, or any damage that is not indicated on drivers delivery receipt. Missing items or concealed damage must be reported within 7 days. Customer will receive damage replacement parts for all damages indicated on the drivers delivery receipt and for concealed damages reported with in 7 days.
All sales are final. If the order is cancelled following receipt of payment there will be a 10% restocking fee. If the order is cancelled after the shipment has been placed in transit there will be a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Orders may not be cancelled after 7 days. Assembled cabinets can not be returned.
