Changes / Cancellations / Exchanges / Returns 

We take steps to insure that your purchase is correct and complete prior to processing. If the customer changes the address of delivery after the order has been shipped their will be a minimum of $100.00 change of address fee charged in addition to any other shipping fees assessed. If any portion the order or installation is cancelled following receipt of payment their will be a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. If the order is cancelled after the shipment/delivery has been placed in transit, a cancellation/restocking fee of 25% will be charged and deducted from any refund due and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping/delivery costs. Any service cancelled after the initial deposit payment is paid will incur a 15% cancellation fee. If the installation service is cancelled after the installation date has been confirmed, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total order amount will be charged and deducted from any refund due. The buyer will be responsible for a service visit fee of no less than $150.00 if the buyer or authorized adult is not available on site or if the site is not prepared/ready for installation to proceed as scheduled. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization form (RMA) provided by Kitchens On Clearance; filled out, signed, and returned by the customer. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging, in as-new condition. All returns are subject to inspection. If you have placed an order that you wish to return, exchange or cancel within these parameters, please contact Customer Service at cs@kitchensonclearance.com. After 14 days of delivery, Kitchens On Clearance cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

In light of that, we take steps to make sure your purchase arrives safely and without damage. Our cabinets are shipped unassembled in cartons, except where customers have selected the option to ship assembled* (additional cost may apply). We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and each shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our distribution center. Unfortunately, the unexpected does sometimes happen. So we make it easy for you to reach a fast resolution.

Buyer is responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery, and indicating any visible external damage and/or missing items on the drivers delivery receipt immediately at the time of delivery.

As the driver unloads your shipment, buyer must review the received items to check for obvious external damages and/or missing items. All item codes referencing the damaged and/or missing items must be noted on the driver's delivery receipt. A note by each item code must indicate if it is missing or damaged and, if damaged, what is the nature of the damage. The buyer must contact our office within 7 calendar days of delivery to report any damages and/or missing items that were noted on the driver's delivery slip. The buyer must retain a copy of the signed delivery slip containing any notation of the damaged and/or missing items as reported on the driver's original delivery slip. Claims for missing items and/or external damages not noted on the delivery receipt may not be honored and will be subject to review of available shipment data.

Authorized signature upon delivery indicates all items were received and in good condition with no obvious external damage and confirms acceptance of all current warranties and policies set forth by KitchensOnClearance.com.

Within 7 calendar days of delivery, the buyer must open the items contained in the shipment and further review the merchandise to determine any concealed damages. Concealed damage must be reported to KitchensOnClearance within 7 calendar days of delivery. Customer will receive equivalent replacement parts for all damages reported according to the guidelines stated above. We are required to submit any damage/missing item claim as one complete request, therefore your submission must include all damaged and/or missing items for your claim. Once the claim is submitted we will not be able to submit additional items at a later date. Please note that we will need for you to send us your claim in the following format. For missing items include; each item that is missing with its product SKU. For damaged items include; each item that is damaged with it's product SKU, the specific part that is damaged in each item, supporting pictures showing the specific damages as indicated. Photos submitted to indicate damage must be taken prior to assembly and/or installation. Claims requests will not be honored for damaged items that are assembled and/or installed in the submitted photos. Please email claims@kitchensonclearance.com to submit your claim.

**Due to the personalized nature of assembled items, Kitchens On Clearance does not offer refunds or cancellations for items purchased already assembled. In the event your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide at no additional cost an exact replacement for all damaged parts reported according to the guidelines stated above.

If the customer elects to have Kitchens On Clearance perform the installation, the customer is responsible to review the installation after completion and report any issues within 7 calendar days of completion. All claims must be submitted as one complete request. Once a claim is submitted we will not be able to accept additional claims for the same job. Please make sure to review the installation details carefully so that you can identify and note any issues and submit as one request. We will determine per our discretion if a repair or replacement part is needed. A signed work completion form by the customer is verification and approval that the complete job has been performed to the satisfaction of the customer and no future claims for the same job will be accepted.

**Claims not documented as stated herein will not be honored.

Several of our cabinet styles come with natural wood doors and drawer fronts. Natural wood may contain some inconsistencies in the coloration and may show some darker or lighter spots or tones in some areas. This is not considered a damage, rather it is the normal and expected natural wood consistency. The customer agrees to accept the cabinets in this manner.

Verbal offers of any kind, by phone or in person, are not binding unless supported in writing and signed by a Kitchens On Clearance representative. Additionally, we do not guarantee any assertions or promises made about products or services which are or may be different from or contradictory to what is specifically stated herein and/or on the KitchensOnClearance.com website unless supported in writing and signed by a Kitchens On Clearance representative.

Generally our cabinets are in-stock, but backorders of items may occur. The customer agrees to wait to receive back-ordered items.

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. As such, Kitchens On Clearance will not be responsible for any charges, fees or other extraneous cost the buyer incurs including, but not limited to: cost for meals or replacement food items, time away from work, and/or fees from Home Owner Associations, contractors or any other such entity as it pertains to an agreement or contract entered into between the buyer and such 3rd party.

Delays of shipment incurred as a result of customer requests will be subject to a storage fee of $100 beginning after 30 days of order, to be charged every 30 days. This fee is not pro-rated.

When an order is placed your personal information and credit card information is safe. That’s because we’ve taken steps to ensure a secure and superior shopping environment. We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology that protects the transmission and storage of your credit card information. We are PCI DSS qualified. 

Cabinetry Warranty

Our cabinetry carries a 5 year limited warranty with a lifetime warranty on door hinges and drawer runners. Kitchens On Clearance warrants to the original purchaser that all cabinetry supplied by Kitchens On Clearance will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for five (5) years from the date of purchase. (Proof of Purchase required).

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accident, misuse, dirt, water, tampering, unreasonable use, improper installation, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.

If the product exhibits such a defect, please email claims@kitchensonclearance.com to submit your claim. Kitchens On Clearance will provide replacements parts only. Repaired or replaced items carry only the unexpired portion of the original warranty. The express warranty above constitutes the entire warranty and is in lieu of all others expressed or implied.

Promotions

Kitchens On Clearance offers a variety of different promotions throughout the year. One promotion per order is allowed; promotions can not be combined. 

Shipping Promotion

Shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart, as well as our free shipping promotions apply only within the contiguous United States. For customers outside the contiguous United States, we will ship to the closest freight forwarder (within the contiguous United States) of your choice. The timeline for shipment of an order is estimated at approximately 7 to 14 business days unassembled, and 14 to 17 business days assembled, but is not guaranteed.

1- Free shipping is assessed based on the purchase amount of each order shipped. If a customers initial order qualifies for free shipping but subsequent orders (even if related to the initial order) do not, the subsequent orders WILL include a shipping charge. 

2- Delivery charges (whether shipping is paid or qualifies for free shipping) do not include inside delivery. For Local Delivery provided directly through Kitchens On Clearance, excluding customers with installation, the charge is $60.00. For inside delivery where service is provided through a third-party freight company, the charge is $100.00. Inside delivery may not be offered in all locations.

3- If a customer's purchase amount initially qualifies for free shipping but after a change to the order the new purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold, a shipping charge WILL be added. 

4- Sales taxes and assembly charges are NOT included in the amount required to qualify for free shipping.
